Quantum-Safe Protocol
ChatGrid utilizes Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC). Standard encryption will be broken by quantum computers; our lattice-based math ensures your chats remain private even against future compute threats.
Zero-Access Architecture
We employ a Zero-Knowledge backend. Encryption keys are generated at the edge (client-side). Plux Networks Inc. employees, administrators, and automated systems have zero visibility into message content, metadata, or participant identities.
True_Purge Execution
When a chat is deleted by a user, it triggers a Hard-Delete Command. We maintain no "shadow backups," "recycle bins," or "cold storage" archives. Once the bits are flipped, the data is gone from the universe. Permanent. Irretrievable.
Minimal_Data Payload
We only collect the absolute minimum required to maintain your node connection: Account email, billing details via PayU, and domain verification. We do not harvest behavioral data, IP logs for tracking, or cross-site identifiers.
Third-Party Isolation
Your data is never for sale. Aside from our payment gateway (PayU) for processing your ₹100 subscription, no third-party scripts, trackers, or marketing pixels are permitted inside the ChatGrid infrastructure.
Essential_Cookies Only
We utilize Functional LocalStorage exclusively to maintain your active session and encryption keys. No "Marketing Cookies." No "Tracking Cookies." Just the logic required to keep your chat bubble online.
Under_Age Protocol
ChatGrid is a Developer-Only Tool. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you are a minor, you are prohibited from initializing a ChatGrid node. We operate in compliance with COPPA/GDPR age-gating requirements.
Legal_Disclosure
We comply with valid legal requests; however, due to our Zero-Knowledge architecture, we physically cannot provide chat transcripts or encrypted content to any authority. We can only confirm billing metadata and account status. We cannot hand over what we do not possess.
System_Integrity
Our servers are located in Tier-4 Data Centers with enterprise-grade physical security. We reserve the right to update this protocol as new encryption standards or privacy laws emerge in the 2026 landscape.
