01

User_Acceptance

By initializing the ChatGrid SDK, you are executing a binding agreement with Plux Networks Inc. If you do not agree to the protocol parameters, immediately cease all script execution.

02

License_Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to embed the ChatGrid widget into your verified domains.

// LIMITATION: ONE LICENSE PER NODE (DOMAIN)
// TIER: INDIE_MAKER_PRO (₹100/mo)

03

Data_Retention

To maintain "Indie_Maker" pricing, the following storage parameters are enforced:

// HISTORY_LIMIT: 90_DAYS (3 MONTHS)

Logs exceeding 90 days are automatically purged from the grid. Export your payloads locally if permanent storage is required.

04

Restrictions

  • No reverse engineering of the minified SDK payload.

  • No bulk messaging or unauthorized broadcast spamming via the Grid.

  • No automation of chat responses via external scripts (Human-to-Human protocol only).

  • No use for illegal data interception or unauthorized telemetry.

  • No bypassing of the ₹100/mo billing node.

04

Liability_Limit

ChatGrid is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". In no event shall Plux Networks be liable for any data loss, service downtime, or emotional damage caused by fast-scrolling chats.

06

Service_Protocol

Plux Networks reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the ChatGrid infrastructure at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

// NOTICE: System updates may alter SDK behavior.
// TERMINATION: Violations of Section 04 result in immediate Node deactivation.

07

Billing_Node

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring 30-day cycle. Failure to settle the ₹100/mo payload fee will result in the immediate offline status of your chat bubble.

No Refunds on executed cycles
08

Payload_Security

While ChatGrid encrypts data in transit, the security of the API keys and data payloads within your specific deployment remains your sole responsibility. Secure your endpoints.
